My Goal for my Health Coaching is to bring a new way of thinking about HEALTH & WELLNESS. I hope to help the people I work with to individualize their health goals by finding out what is most important to each client and developing goals together that are exciting and reachable!  

There are so many ways to improve your health and well-being. I use the approach of finding out what your baseline is right now, where you would like to see yourself in a month, 6 months, a year. From there I help you draft smaller steps to help you reach each of your goals. These can also be tweaked as we go based on what is or isn't working well for you. 

Health goals can focus on nutrition, balancing family and work, finding hobbies, bridging what is important to you in ways that make sense. While also finding what isn't working, why it isn't working, and if it is something to let go of, or reformat how it fits into your life. 

I have been on my own wellness journey many years, with a greater focus in the last 10 years. Working in healthcare for over 30 years has given me great perspective on all levels of health. It is so important to me that I share what I know with others, and help them find their own path forward.  I do have specialized certification as a Gluten-Free Practitioner and can help guide and support needs in that area.

In life we are only given this one body, this one lifetime experience. Why not make the most of it! 

I offer a free Health History Consult that takes about an hour. This allows me to work with you to dive into what is going on in your life regarding health, evaluating your dietary balance, and finding out what areas you would like to focus on improving. I will provide more information about my program offerings, and we can begin building your journey to your own healthy life, based on what's most important to you.

As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
